1 This is an appeal by Max McCall, Guardian of the Estate of Jimmy Shideler, a minor (plaintiff below) from an order and judgment in favor of Terry Lynn Duff (defendant below) dismissing plaintiffs action for damages for personal injuries to said minor caused by an automobile accident. The basis for the dismissal was that the lower court concluded it had no jurisdiction over said defendant and lacked venue of the action.
